My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
Just got my Autoweek. Big article on the new 3 series due out September next year. As it relates to us, they mention new magnesium block 2.5 and 3.0 litre with the latter having 258 hp and 221 ft/lbs. The M3 will have a 400 hp 4.0 ltr V8. They speak of a turbo'd 3.0 ltr that will come out after durability testing.
