Wow! I just saw an X6 at the BMW Dealership. I've had two 530i's in the last 4ish years, but I may be making a switch. If the 5series is an E60, what is the X6? Is there a special forum / site dedicated to it? I definitely want one. When did they come out?

We have a member over on bimmerdrivers that just added the TTI6 (X6xDrive35i). He is very pleased with this model. Been test drives in several magazines, including C&D, R&T MT, Automobile, Roundel, etc. Can build your own on BMWNA. GO get it. I saw in show rooms beginning in May. Some colors are gangbusters - Red and White for instance, and some turn it into hohum - green for one. Rather than appear make the lines stand out or not it seems to me to change the apparent size and in a big way. Bigger to me looks better on this one.

I've seen them online and 1 at United BMW in Georgia, but haven't seen a single one in the wild. I guess you just have to order it. I wonder what the build time is on this? I decided to test drive the Infinity x50, and was pleasantly surprised. It's like the mac daddy tweaked model is the starting price for a base x6....Still, after 2 5's I'm not sure I could 'not' drive a BMW....
