We really are fortunate in the US in this regard. Most places I travel an e60 is well north of $100K, and usually with a smaller engine and fewer options. We make up for it by paying $500 for a prescription medication that costs $5 everywhere else in the world.
On the flip side we do have ridiculously cheap meds compared to you guys (I know cause I run for a pharmaceutical finished dosage manufacturing company).
