2 diffrent cars welded in to 1.
this is a 1st in HK.
there are 1000 of these kind of cars in HK.
This 2 guys is very lucky to be alive

Sounds like it might be the practice of taking two damaged cars and welding the good parts together. for example taking a rear ended car and replace the rear with a car that was in a front collision. The resulting car is basically two halves just waiting to come apart, a death trap!
