i got it from Scott, at BMW Houston North. He gives 15% off to Bavarian Speed members. Total i paid was $175 shipped.

Just for clarification is this similar to the M5 trunk lid finisher or is this the trunk spoiler? Can you post a pic of it?

You should check with Garry from BMW of Newport next time. He gives 25% discount for E60 members. The finisher costs around $145 unpainted plus $10 for shipping. You could've save yourself a couple bucks. :)

I called Garry, but he was buisy so I spoke to another parts advisor. He quoted me $171 after the E60.net Disc. He said that it must of went up cause it used to be $144.56. To ship it to Houston it would be an additional $30 due to large packaging. Thats the reason for the route I had taken to get it. Bummer huh?

Its the part where the plate is. its makes it flushed in the rear. sorry, I have not recieved it yet, so I have no pix of it yet.

I think there are two long screws that go through the licence plate holes and then you use tape around the edges to top it rattling against the trunk.
