Yeah, I believe that the 2009 3 series did get a facelift. I like how the new rear lights look on the sedans

Yes, they did, but I think this will be the successor to the E90.

+1. The e90 LCI is already out. This is a pre-LCI, shown by the mirrors. The LCI has different (bigger + uglier) mirrors
