Had a Viper (remote starter) installed & it has burned up 2 of my keys. Tried to get replacement from BMW Dealers & was told I am at the max (4?) and need a new ignition system ($450) installed since they won't/can't get me a key.
Any way around this problem? Have a 1997 Z3.
