I noticed we don't do much business in the Westland due to the fact that we invested in a nice office building and the managers drive nice cars.. The comon idea there is that if you don't make money with your hands but with your head it's almost equal to stealing..
Since you're in the trucking business and dealing with that kind of clientele (I think) do you have problems with this????
On the other hand we are now working more upmarket with people who want to do business with us because we are doing so well.. The general idea of those clients is that they want to be a part of the succes and find that we give more serivice and attention to our clients because we find they deserve it (little bit of advertising for my business hehehe).
But anyhow what's your experience/opinion on this?????

Quite simple. If any one of them makes remarks about my car being to expensive, I call them up twice in a row at 2AM when I get up to go to work. That normally fixes it.
BTW, my wife has her own business, she bought her own car..

Hmmmm, 530E60NL, that's a nice view on the Westland. I live there, work very outside the Westland and indeed feel the same as you describe.
Working with my brains and drive a car like this, my boss must be stupid to let me drive around in such a car -> is what they say.
But you can do business in the Westland by being honest, being practical, have face-to-face contact, donot use too many fancy words or suits. They're not that bad!
I almost have the same reaction as FF. Show them that I'm almost 7/24 online and accesible via GSM. That'll work......
I forgot to reply on your question on showing you the GSM voice control. If your dealer hasnot fixed it yet, I'm happy to show you.
