2004 545i, sports pkg, logic 7 steptronic, rear shade,orient blue with beige interior, blue tooth enabled Razer Phone. 2004 X5 3.0, sports pkg, stepronic, summer pkg. imola red.
2006 Mini Cooper S, manual, sports, prem pkg, nav and kitchen sink.
My wife and I just picked up our brand new Mini Cooper S with 6 speed manual transmission. We ordered just about every option offered except the works kit. The way to describe this miniture car is FUN,FUN, its not a BMW, but and I'm not kidding this car just might be the most fun thing I've ever driven, especially for under $30,000.
I'm not getting rid of my E60 antime soon, so don't worry, the Mini is just our weekend toy, I'm amazed how it handles.

Yup... I cant agree more... Now I miss my MINI... I had a 2003 Electric Blue MINI Cooper S for 3 years that I just sold this April... VERY fun car to drive... I think there will be another in the future for me.

Is it one of the very new MINIs (new new MINI or new MINI 2.0)?
My wife has her second MINI Cooper S (early 2006) and she loves it. It is fun to drive - handles like a go-cart. Made my 530d SE feel like a barge.
But now I have the 335d, I think I've *almost* caught up with the fun factor, and the 335d is faster :-)
Then again, 335d (or 335i) is more than twice the price of the MINI, so I agree the MINI Cooper S is a lot of fun for the money, and surprisingly well built.
