OK, so I've been seeing those cars in Venice and Marina del Rey for a while now,
they must have some kind of secret car testing center there, LOL...
Yesterday again I saw something looking like a Z4 and probably the new 7 series...
All in black cover etc. I didn't know Z4 was being replaced? Or is it a different
new model coming up? Looked a bit larger and longer than the current Z4...

Its actually in Oxnard. They just drive the cars around. Its not a secret testing facility, just the vehicle distribution center.
