Did you lease it?

You can get a new-style X5 when all the bugs are worked out.

This one I did, I really do not like leaseing cars, but my wife will drive this one and her commute to work in only 2 miles a day.

But yes, my plan is go do back in 12 months and look at the new ones, maybe I will trade up.

I'm thinking of buying/leasing a used 2005/2006 4.8is loaded like yours. Mind if I ask what you are paying a month, including taxes? What did you put down?

I had a trade in.. that was worth 23K so I would say that was my trade in.... Really the only reason I did that because there is a 65% chance that I will just finance out at a really nice low rate 12 months from now and at time pay a large portion off.

I am paying about $750 a month... I got this car for about 65-66K

Also, If you have not had a drive on one yet... Drive it You will like it I drove the 3.0 (really under powered) and the 4.4 (strange drive, not sure what I did not like about it, but did not like how it looked from the back, and finaly the 4.8 (I really like the look from the back, I like the extras it has and it really responds nice)

I was really aginst the X5 at the start, as I looked at them about 18 months ago and got a Chevy Tahoe instead.... now you can not compair a Chevy Tahoe and an X5, but I am glad I got the X5 and think I will look forward to the 2007 version.
