My Ride: 2011 520dA coming up.
Today I'm having the Mini Cooper and guess what?
It doesn't start. Called BMW assistance at 14:00, they got back to me 15 minutes later and now I'm waiting.
This is the first time I need them. Let's see how fast they can serve me.
My previous MB E-class had a subscription to the assistance on a more than regular basis, luckily for me they always had a very quick response time of less than an hour.
Continuing the wait....
Will keep you posted on response time!

My Ride: GONE BUT NOT FOGOTTEN : 530d SE Auto : Titanium Grey / Anthracite Leather, Poplar Trim, 18in 123 Style Alloys, Adaptive Bi-Xenons, Business Nav, Hi-Fi Speaker Package, Heated seats, Split-Fold Rear Seats
LR DISCO 3 HSE with everything (including 3 kids)
I've used the BMW assist in the past (for a puntured RFT that almost came off the rim) and they were prompt, professional and courteous.
Good luck!
