I found this picture from Honda website about their first hydrogen car lease for $600/mo for 3 years. I wish BMW start to import their hydro7, 5, 3, 1 sooner! I cannot wait to breath fresh air.

Better idea in terms of environmental impact. But not if you are craving high performance... at least not yet~ Not yet being the key phrase. With further development, I'm sure the performance of hydrogen powered cars will start to improve.

The FCX? Ya I applied for that like a year ago to help them drive it around and advertise and Honda rejected me. So screw them.

Not entirely true, the BMW hydro-7 uses the same V8 engine. It should runs the same as gasoline.

Size of the engine doesn't always determine performance. Check out the article the hydrogen powered 7 series (a 760Li). Hydrogen powered cars have less power and a weight gain over gasoline cars.

The future holds potential for hydrogen. More so than hybrid and definitely more than diesel. But not yet...

Interesting tidbit:

" -253 degree temperature in the onboard tank leads to at least one catchy factoid: The tank's thermal insulation is so astoundingly good that BMW calculates a block of ice inside it would take 13 years to melt. "

Wow
