Hi all,

Yesterday night my Range Rover got stolen. The house got broken in to and the keys were taken. As my Z4 was parked behind it they had to push that out of the way first.
The keys to the Z4 were sitting right next to the RR keys. I guess they did not want that one.

So yesterday afternoon I test drove the new 7. Got to say I absolutely loved it. The only thing stopping me from ordering one is the fact that they might bring out a 735d. The only diesel at the moment is a 730d SE.

I haven't been here much lately, so I have missed the speculation on the F10 and the plans for future F01 models.

Would anybody care to give me a summary in a few lines.

Thanks

Fred.

Hey Fred! Welcome back!!

In case you missed it, there's a forum now dedicated to the F10 (as well as the 7 series) so you're covered...no excuse to not stop by and visit a bit more!

One of our "veteran" members...

It was nice of those crooks to leave the BMW and take the RR!

We think he was too fat to fit in the Z4.

Thanks for the welcome Rudy. Looks like I have an aweful lot of catching up to do.

Tomorrow I shall find out where I stand on this one financially. I could be 20k short or over, you never know with these things. My guess is it will cost me a fortune though.

In the mean time I am shopping for a new dog.

I suggest avoiding the name "Rover", just to be safe...

welcome back Fred,

sorry to hear of your truck misfortune, but perhaps that opens up a new opportunity to come home! Many new choices to choose from...cheers!

Right, slight rethink.

I drove the E70 X5 35d M Sport today.

Luuuuvly!

They have one in stock, unregistered with neigh on all the toys (no tv, no massage seats, no active steering, no 4-way climate, the rest is on there) in carbon black with black leather. They offer about 8k sterling off list atm. I'm trying to get them to 10.

You guys have 48 hours to talk me out of it. (Don't bother, I want chime in just in case one of you has a good reason not to do it. )

Strangely enough I didn't get this exited over the Range Rover....
