Good news, DrD ! Mine came 10 days early. Picked it up yesterday. 525iSE in Orient Blue. I'm a very happy bunny, but I don't have a digicam to be able to post some pics. Anyway, it's raining this morning ! Beautiful drive nontheless.
No quirks so far, apart from the fact they've set my sport steering wheel slightly off centre and forgot to include a rechargable torch in my glove box. Will get that corrected today.
My deal didn't include a full tank of fuel (I got some other accessories thrown in instead). Went to the pumps this morning and was reminded of the size of the fuel tank on these things - ?54 it cost me (US$ 97) to fill it, courtesy of BP and Mr Brown.

Congratulations, enjoy your car
on the fuel note....Those of our friends across the pond are complaining about their fuel costs but really, its what your used to......my brother-in-law got his 645 2 weeks ago and has struggled to get 20mpg, at todays prices, he will be spending a good $2000 (?1100) a year more on fuel than me!.....still, I'd pay it if I could afford a 645i!!!
