Overall looks good. Tail lights are disappointing, not anywhere near as good looking at the E60 LCI tail lights. They look like they got the tail lights off Ebay, not feeling the small individual leds. Wonder why they chose not to have led rods, like the E60 LCI and new 7-series. Headlights look great, though.
2009 BMW 3-Series facelift coming to Paris in Oct.
The 2009 BMW 3-Series will make its official debut at the 2008 Paris Motor Show in October. Both the sedan and the wagon model will go on sale in October after their auto show debut. How are you going to tell the current 3-series apart from the new 3-Series. BMW has added a new front and rear fascia that integrate the design theme used on the new 2009 BMW 7-Series? Let?s just be relieved that BMW didn?t get drastic like they did with the 7.
According to AutoWeek, the 2009 BMW 3-Series will get the latest in entertainment and communication technology - in other words ConnectedDrive. BMW will also improve the fuel-efficiency of the 3-Series lineup.
Design head Adrian van Hooydonk says the facelifted 3-Series has received changes that emphasize width, a heavy profiled bumper and reworked headlamps and tail-lamps. The inside of the 2009 BMW 3-Series will receive an updated armrest that makes the electric window controls more ergonomic. It will also get the new IDrive system as seen on the 2009 7-Series.
Powertrain lineup is expected to be carried over with the 328i still carrying the 3.0L 230-hp engine while the 335i still gets the brilliant 3.0L twin-turbocharged engine producing 300-hp.

I like the new front bumper, but will it come to the US this way? Also like this color. What is it?
