Just yesterday, my brother was driving, when a man in AMG 55 SL hit him from behind

Take a look at the shocking photos, The rear bumber is totally broke, and underneath the exhaust shield is bent too

SAD...!!

Ouch Well look on the bright side... 1) His Merc will also be smashed but it will be his insurance that has to pay for both cars. 2) Your brother can get on to "claims direct" and get 2 grand for whiplash, and split the money with you. 3) Erm can't think of anything else...

It does suck though. Just as a sidenote - have you informed your insurance company about all your mods (remap, alloys, quad, springs, body kit, tints) ? If not, your insurance could be void.

Oops sorry, thought it was your E60 So what happened - person driving the Merc got out and apologised and admitted fault or were they a bit of a tit as you'd expect from a driver of that type of car?

a big tit, tat, the bastard wasnt even insured, and know we told police about it,

unecessary stress on top of a already stressful life,

Atleast the E60.net relieves some of that stress.

sorry to hear about the accident and the stress you are having to deal with now

suggestion though: when getting the rear end fixed up, why not have the diffuser painted in Saphire Black to match the body/bumper colour -- I've seen it on E90post and it looks a lot better.

AMG 55SL and too tight to pay for insurance, hope they throw the book at him and shove him in jail. But they won't, because our government are pu$$ies. He'll probably end up suing your brother and winning. Meh.
