I realize opinions vary, but I love the look of the vehicle shown in the photo. My wife is driving an 04 X5 4.4 (our second one) and need a car with a third row seat. We drove every SUV available (including the CayenneS) and nothing compared to the ride and handling of the X5. My local dealer says, however, that BMW has stated that it will not build a 7-seater. I hope they do, though.

Don't want to disappoint anyone but that picture is at least 18 months old and was simply a photoshop of an X5 with an E65 7 series style front end. It was put together by Autobild magazine I think after rumours circulated that BMW were toying with the idea of a large 4x4 that would sit above the X5.
