This review needs to die.

No one is paying $20,000 mark-up on the M3.

I have seen people getting $1,000 off msrp on M3post.

You can put $25,000 into a 335i you will not have the refinement of the M3.

Even with every Dinan mod, like this car had, it was still slower in every performance test. The Dinan mods also add up to more than the $14,000 they stated in the video.

I would prefer the M3 as it is a completely engineered car instead of an aftermarket attempt (though an excellent one) at the ideal balance of a FAST car!

SO WOULD I... my friend just picked it up.. 2 door.. the car is amazing.. i love my 335 but the m3 is faster better handeling by far.. i have the dinan upgraded softwear... and my car is fast but the m3 is FASTER.... we did are run from 0-60 3 times everytime he jumps and just pulls all the way... i tryed it and its a big diffrence by far... so as for me.. i would spend the extra money and go with the m3....

I think that the question you have to do to yourself is:

Do you want to be a wannabe? Or do you want to have the real deal?

335i coupe - $41,800 + $14,000 in Dinan mods = $55,800

M3 coupe - $56,500

It isn't even a debate. Especially when you consider the M-exterior, Carbon roof, M-wheels, M-interior, etc... And the M3 was faster in every test they did.

If the prices really are that close, then the M3 would obviously be the better choice.

I'm just disappointed in the low torque output of the M3. More torque out of that motor and articles like this wouldn't exist.
