I moving to Germany to get a job driving that
I wonder what is that thing in the lighter?

Interesting piece of marketing.
In Germany the T?V (authorities) are VEEEEEERY strict on mods, with everything having to be formally tested and approved, before being added to the car's paper work... and at that stage you can drive it on the street legally. Lots of people keep away from mods because of the risk of your mod being rejected by the T?V. So by making a "Police friendly" modded car and writing "Tune it! Safe!" on the side, its a good way of giving potential BMW modders the confidence to go ahead and mod their car with ACS parts. (Well that's how I interpret this at least!)

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
