After the detonation of the airbag or airbag computer SRS light on, due to the general instrument or the original maintenance equipment can not clear fault SRS, we always have to replace the airbag computer. In fact, if the air bag computer hardware is not broken, we just need to clear the fault code, and airbag computer manufacturer also provides a command to clear the fault code , but the car manufacturers do not have this function provided to the repair shop. For some of the imported air bag computer enable to enter the program, we can do the program to computer by the airbag reset tool (for BMW contain the oil service)without replace airbag ecu ,then we can use it again.
