Just got the car back from the dealer after ipod interface installation - and guess what................ :'(
ECU is reprogrammed back to original again
.........so now it?s back to the tuning center again, to upload the tuned software once again!

Back from first long trip after remap.
Average fuel consumption = 6.7 L / 100km on a 700 km trip with mixed 120, 100, 90, 70 km/h and some cold starts and some city driving!

Back again from a long trip on the autobahn - 2000km. Average speed was 130 km/h (!) and average fuel consumption was 8.9 L/100km. Very few cars pulls away from the 330 on the autobahn. Top speed is 249 km/h ( limiter ). At top speed it consumes 16.0 L/100km.
The last 450km of the trip was on cruise control at 140 km/h = 6.8 L/100km.
It?s gonna be a chock to drive the M5 again. It consumes twice as much
BMW diesel engines........
