Look again my friend.

In the UK the 135i MSport starts at ?29,745. I have this not from the website but a brochure as well.

The list price of my car with options (see my signature) was ?39,250 = $80k (US).

I know it may be hard to believe, but that's what cars cost here. To put this into perspective, average family income is ?33k per year.

Some other countries are even more expensive!

Why else would we not all be driving 550i's or M5's??

At those prices, these things are going to sell like hot cakes. Now I fear for my safety as parents in LA rush out to buy their spoiled adolescents these rockets to race around the streets.

Well its about the same price as E90 so I dont think it would sell that much more like crazy. These are also base prices, throw some options on there and it should jack the price up pretty quick

Not sure the people looking at the 1-coupe really are thinking of a sedan.
No matter really how you option out either the 135 or 335i coupe, you are looking at a $5,000 difference. Plus you get all the M-sport trimmings standard on the 135i, mainly those Brembo brakes.

I think these prices are just perfect.

Base prices:
335i sedan- $38,900
335i coupe- $40,800
135i coupe- $34,900

If you are thinking of getting 335i, you have to seriously look at the 135i.
