My E60 will be getting some retrofit projector headlights, now ive decided to upgrade angel eyes as well , but i cant seem to find enough info or which ones will go with my car. i cant find the size of the angel eyes that come stock. so i can buy led ones with the same diameter. has anybody done this to there headlights? if so i would apreciare a little bit of help.

Since your headlight is the standard halogen the kind of AE bulb is commonly known as W5W (T10, 168, 194 among others) and each headlight has 2 bulbs one for each reflector.

I did tried to upgrade this but not to rain on your parade it was pointless not bright enough just change to whiter color but that by design the halogen AE version is not good.

That was one of the reason I went and upgrade from the standard halogen headlight like yours to LCI Xenon ... another option you may also want to consider fitting Orion.
