Well after four years of ownership I've finally found you guys. I'd like to commend you all for working on your 5s. I'm an avid DIY'r and am always looking online for ways to get things done. Unfortunately I've been following (Attempting to follow) DIY stuff over at bimmerpost. I've had to look in the 3 series area because the only thing the 5 owners do in the 5 forum is ask how their drop looks on the 20s they just installed. I look forward to reading and fixing all that I can. Thx.

Welcome to the forum, and yes, we tend to take things to a whole new level here. We do mod our cars AND we do it the work on them ourselves (quite a few of us do anyway). This is the perfect place to be if you own a 5er, I found this a little late too, I had my car for well over a year when I joined.

BTW, how does my drop look on my 20's?

Looks pimp, Bra. I put some knowledge I learned here last night to use today and changed my coolant, power steering fluid and both oil filter housing and heat exchanger gaskets. Actually found a pretty substantial oil leak. It looks like it was both of those gaskets. There's oil all over the front of the engine. I'm afraid I couldn't put my 20s on.
