New and Proud E60 Owner
Hello to all E60 owners!
I am a proud owner of a 2004 530i. I bought the car with 127k miles. It was my uncle's car and he has given the car routine maintenance throughout the years. I however, do not have the convenience of being on the east coast as I am in the Air Force stationed in Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. I have found an indy BMW shop that is seems like a well recognized and respected shop here in Tucson, Arizona. My question to all of you is what type of maintenance i should do to my car now that it is at its 130k mark. Any suggestions besides the usual fluid (oil and transmission), spark plugs and filters (fuel + cabin +oil)? ANY insight is really appreciated!! Thanks to all!! |
welcome bra! I would say water pump and radiator hoses
|
^^^agree. WP, hoses, belts, thermostat. remove DISA valve, make sure flapper pin is firmly in place. check for engine oil leaks. change diff fluid.
good luck with the car. |
