Hi Everybody,
I've been wandering this forum for a week now, and I'm very impressed with all the knowledge of the forum members. Some subjects I've found very usefull. I already bought my Earthquake sub's to mount in my e60!
Just a short introduction: I'm Lars from Holland (that is in Europe, next to Germany...) and I drive an '04 530d. Some specs of my car:
- Dynamic Drive
- AFS
- Sport suspension
- Sport seats w/ memory
- Remapped to 260 bhp (also w/o speedlimiter)
I'm a big BMW fanatic and have worked for a BMW dealership in the past. So you can even ask me lots of stuff, I should remember some things...
As a BMW fanatic, I've already owned lots of BMW's, mostly 3 Series (last car was a 330i e90) and during the period I worked for BMW, I've driven (almost) all BMW's available at that time.

How do you like the Earthquake's in comparison to the standard Logic7 woofers? Assume you've got them running on the standard Logic7 amp?
My e90 had the Logic7 option (677) and that was fine for me. My e60 has the standard (sh@&$) speaker system and, after reading on this forum, I bought two Earthquake SWS-8's.
I'm going to power them with my MTX 4-channel amp and am planning to add Rockford Fosgate T1T tweeters.
