I currently own a 97 M3 sedan.? My wife and I just picked up a 545i on Sunday.? Awesome car.

I'm a longtime member at bimmerforums.com but it seems there is not alot of discussions/threads about the E60 over there......So I registered here.

Looking forward to talking with some of you......

WHat is the deal with pre-March production in 2004

Thats one hell of a price. I do hope its a post March 04 production car and not some early build lemon that someone else returned.

They fixed some issues with the introduction of NAV and SMG. The TCU is newer and allows you to get Bluetooth. The Dunlop RFs are a newer batch which dont seem to have the roar and some other issues that I have read here.

Can I ask why a July build and probably a Sept Delievered Car only has 138miles?

Mine is 2/04 build that hasnt given me any problems except for the Dunlops which roared after 7000 miles. I told the dealer about the problem and they changed the tires a week later. The Bridgestones are nice and are fine in the rain.
