My Ride: 10 Honda Fit Sport, 10 Honda Pilot Touring
Hi Guys!!! I've been stalking this forum for some time and it's time I chimed in. I purchased my 550 a few months ago and have been having a blast. I had a '96 Dakar Yellow M3 (DM3NTED was the plate) which I sold a couple of years back, needed something more practical (03 Range Rover HSE) I just recently got married and my wife had a Turbo Beetle, which has to be one of the most emasculating vehicles ever made, needless to say it had to get that thing out of my garage. I was craving a BMW so the wife got the Rover, DRANGED is the plate on the rover. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and thank all of you for the countless hours of entertainment/useful information. Also thanks in advance for making me start the mods my car, not that I need any encouragement. I look forward to contributing to the discussions, John aka DRANGED

Rudy, let me say I am in awe of your knowledge of these cars. I have yet to put a personalized plate on the 550. Originally I tried to get UMLAUT, a mark (?) used as a diacritic over a vowel, as ?, ?, ?, to indicate a vowel sound different from that of the letter without the diacritic, esp. as so used in German. Some guy in the frigid northern nether region of Lutsen, Minnesota already has it on his Audi. I've been researching words containing SSO, to use 55O. It has to be seven letters which limits the options a bit. I'm leaning toward MO55O (Mosso) which is a musical adjective meaning Rapid;Fast. [Origin: 1875?80; < It, ptp. of muovere to MOVE]. What do you fellas think?

It's kinda hard to have 550 in a 7 letter limit but there ya go!
