What's up all! New to the forum, but plan to be here for a long while. Purchased a 2007 530i in Mystic Blue Metallic about a month ago. First car was a 1984 White 318i from '93 - '00(sold it with 270k miles on it in 2001), drove a 1994 Silver Infiniti J30t from '00 - '05(descent cars, but definitely not a BMR), and my most recent ride before coming to my senses was an 2004 White 40th Anniv. Ed. Mustang, this car was uncomfortable as hell-fast but no handles(bought it new in '05 and GF drives it now). I have always been a e60 enthusiasts and before now only ever dreamed of one day owning one. I guess the older you get (me;37)the easier unattainable things from your past are to acquire. I started my driving experience with the finest car known to man, and now I'm finally back in an "Ultimate Driving Machine"(and man is it ever aptly named...even stock!). I'm here to stay..."pushin' a 5 till I'm not alive"(that's mine btw, don't anybody try to steal that saying ) ). My 5 is stock (no mods, besides the upgraded chrome rims from BMW...I guess that counts a little...c'mon I'm trying real hard to be as cool as all of you with your mile long list of mods! ), but after a months time the itch is very strong to start. I've been strollin through the forums for a couple months now, and I am now hooked...I gotta have my fix e'ry day or I go into withdrawal! You guys really know your ish'! I've got a whole lot of questions, so I'm hoping you guys (the experts) are willing to help me out along the way. Reppin Phx, AZ! I havn't seen any posts from members in AZ...are you out there? Definitely willing to take a quick trip to Cali for mods or parts...or cool ass people who know what a real car is, if none available in Phx . As far as I can tell Cali has this forum on LOCK, with Canada coming in a close second! Here's a pic of my ride. I've only seen one other 5 out there with these rims...are they pretty rare?? I like em, what do you guys think?
