New E60 owner...

Hello... well I took the plunge in buying an E60 recently... 525i to be exact... this is my third BMW, and first one I purchased...
i previously had an E46, leased it new... loved it...
then i leased an E90... enjoyed it
so after these two cars... i decided that i was done with leasing and wanted to buy and keep for a while... so i always wanted an E60, so the choice wasn't hard... before Christmas, i went to see a 2005 530i... very nice black with truffle interior... price was right... but when i researched, the 2005 had the n54 engine, and i figured if im gonna buy, id rather have the one with the n52 engine... so i waited... now also, since i was buying, i really wanted to have navi, i really wanted the auburn interior... so i continued looking, i came across a 2006 525i with Black Sapphire/Auburn Dakota, premium, navi, pdc, active headlights.. just doesnt have the sports pack... which i was never really a fan of... Anyway, i was stuck to make a decision, do I take the 525 which is exactly what i want but its a 525... or do i hold out and hope a 530 pops up with what im looking for... so i went with the 525... since it only weighs 143lbs more than my E90, performance is more or less the same... i look at this car as more of a relaxed just chill out ride, and im not too disappointed with its performance... i mean yes, obviously any car would be nicer with more power... but to be honest, i think i made the right choice... im happy with the engine, im in love with the interior.. and i really just love this car...
i was planning on keeping this car stock... and i still kind of do... but as i look at fellow members pics... im getting tempted at getting a set of OEM 19" wheels and lowering it just a bit... not too low though, because of the very snowy winters up here...
anyway, that's a little info on a new member... and i will start to contribute, read and learn new info, as well as pass some knowledge around...
I've been a big contributor on e90post for the past 4 years, and i plan on being here for a while...
