My Ride: 2007 530xiT
New to 5Series.net
I am a 40 year BMWCCA member from NY.
I was very involved in the BMW club in NY as editor of the NY chapter magazine, The Zugspitze,for years in the 70's
Have owned at least 30 BMW's over the years, from a 73 Tii to my latest, new to me 07 530xiT, and just about everything in between....(Still have a Z3 also)
Most of "you guys" have been on the board with E 60's for a long time...this is my first one
I am in the process of turning in a 2014 GLK 350, long story, before that I had an 06 X5 for a few years, previous Tourings were a 99 530 and a 94 525.
I am hoping to make this Touring "special" for my DD.It's a Silvergray/Black with 39,000 miles...took a bit to find this (hopeful) gem (and overpaid for)
First up is to "upgrade" the Style 123 wheels....since the tires are almost new I'm looking for some 18's. I like to stick with O/E parts, so a set of something "prettier" than the "propellers" is called for.
