Hi guys, i've recently purchased my first 5 series, a 1997 E39 540i. I'm far from a BMW newbie though, my previous car was/is (being broken at the moment) a 1996 E36 328i touring, before that i had a 1991 E36 325i saloon. I also own a 1989 E24 635CSI highline, but thats a garage queen and doesn't come out very often.

Some of you may even know me from BMWowner.com / E36coupe.com, i've been a member on there for a long time.

I'm looking forward to learning about my E39 and helping out where i can.
