Just bought a 2007 525i

Hello everyone!

I am from SF Bay Area and I just bought a 2007 525i and am sure this forum will be a very useful resource. I am upgrading from 98 e36 convertible that was great, but I wanted something quieter so that I can enjoy music without the road noise. In fact music was the only reason for me to go from e36 to e60, so I might have a lot of audio related questions.

I already have a lot of questions and will post them in appropriate forums after doing some research, but I am stuck in the first step! Whenever I click on a link (to another discussion topic) I get a 5/series net homepage even if I am logged in. I am not able to get to the target page even after loging in again! I am using Safari on iPad and I hope the site is compatible with iOS devices.

Looking forward to learn a lot from you all

Welcome. I too just bought an E6x but I kept my E36 convertible. Did you ever drive the E36 with a hardtop installed?

Hi,

First welcome! I'm not sure what problem you are describing, which link(s) are you referring too? The forum works fine with Safari on a Ipad, so that should not be an issue. Thanks.

Bob
