Default I need help

I just bought an 04 545i. Navigation or radio doesnt work. Goes thru gas like crazy. The SOS light service engine soon, steering wheel light is on. Every now and again when I'm stopped it sputters and hesitates when u go to give it gas. Also on display where it tells you how many miles you have on that tank of gas the mileage was going down 1 mile every 11 seconds. Then sometimes the mileage goes up. Crazy right.

Welcome. The first thing you need to do is get the codes. Preferably BMW code not generic codes

Those seem like genetic codes, not BMW.

You have a whole heap of problems, and will have to resolve them one at a time.
