Hi. My name is Zibi and I am originally from Poland, living in USA for about 15 years in South Bend, Indiana, hometown of great Notre Dame Football team, Hummer ( no introductory necessary ), Studebaker ( long time gone but there are few of them around and they are beautiful ) and all of this surrounded by the sea of corn. Great place to live, especially when you can enjoy driving ( or riding ) your beemers around.
Currently, I drive my ass in 2006 530xi and this is my third 5 series - e34 1990 535i and e39 2000 528i were before, so seems to me, like e60 was natural continuation of the journey. I have to admit it, there was a little affair with Audi S4 for a while but I felt like I betrayed the friend, so here I go again behind the Roundel wheel and it feels good. Enjoying the winter with four wheel drive and Blizzaks ( fantastic combination, we have a lot of snow this year... and I don't give a damm ) I am waiting for a spring to come so I can start riding my bike again ( little beemer, K1200LT ). As you guys ( or galls ) can see, E60 Forum got one more crazy SOB, infected by the beemer virus, which could developed serious emotional problems if not properly treated ( and there are no cure, just a treatment, and that is driving one of those shining beasts ).
I think that is enough for today, I wish you all a lot of fun with your beemee babies and always be able to find SAVE way to the place you are going to. Wide open and see you on the road.
