My Ride: 520d Msport E61 Step Auto Business edition
Hello from Scotland
Just bought my first BMW about 2 weeks ago.
It's a 2009 520d MSport Touring Step Auto Business Edition, with 44k miles on the clock.
I previously had a 2004 Audi A4 1.9D quattro Avant, the difference is like night and day, I love driving this car
.
So far I have replaced all the internal lights with LED's, also the number plate lights have had the LED treatment. I bought some LED light for the halo rings, but these were returned as the the light output was cr*pp, so I'm still on the lookout for some decent ones
The wheels have just been powder coated, and 4 new Uniroyal Rainsport 3's fitted.
I have also ordered some replacement headlamp bulbs as the I believe the originals are still fitted, and after 5 years of use, the output is poor, so I have some Osram Xenarc Night Breaker Unlimited D1S Xenon Lamps on the way.
I'm also planning to fit HID's to the foglights

Only had the car for 3 weeks and some has already put a ding in one of the doors
.
Got it booked in this week to have it removed
