Hi All. I've been around this site for a few months just lurking since up til now I have an E46. Finally today I took delivery of 2008 550i. This is supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life but unfortunately I'm super-bummed My car arrived with a big underbody gash. Hoping to get that repaired and get the dealer to pay for it. I also felt I've been taken advantaged of since two of the options the dealer specified did not actually exist in the car One of the option is a lane departure warning. I drive a lot on the highway at night and that's something I can definitely use. I felt like a moron not doing my homework and being too lazy to actually check the car in person instead of relying on the dealer's word. But anyhow, after all this gets resolved, I can definitely use the camaraderie that is apparent on this board.
