E61 remotes not working
 

Hello and Happy Spring!
Long-time BMW fan but new guy here. In past years I've had 2 E9s, an E24 M6, and 320, 533, and a 535. A friend has a 2010 Touring whose 2 remotes have stopped operating. So I'm here looking for information. See my post in https://5series.net/forums/e61-touring-discussion-4/
