Hi all , new to site , had an e60 525i msport for a while now . Its absolutely doing my head in , ive been having a seemingly common issue of the car unlocking all the doors and opening the windows and sunroof, ive read a lot of posts saying its to do with the key fob but with mine this is definately not the case as the car has been regularly parked at my work while im 20 plus kms away with the keys for 12 hours , and randomly in this time period is when i have the problem . I had been having to disconnect the battery to stop it doing this as its been quite heavily raining here of late and as im sure your all aware that this is causing other issues with the intelligent battery sensor etc. ive spent a small fortune on this car trying to get everything back to good order but im sure at this stage that its only hope is for an exorcism ! any thoughts on the matter would greatly be appreciated

Have you hooked it up to a BMW specific reader to see if it tells you something preferably INPA/ISTA. I would look at the FEM/FRM to see if it looks good physically and the connector. Does your car go to sleep or the battery runs down?
