The color looks good. I initially had my opinions about a red e60. I think it's due the fact that the red e60's I have seen have so many mods on it, red is such a "hey look at me" color and to clutter the exterior with lips, spoilers, fenders, etc with that color just ruins the car IMO. You got it right, m sport and some nice wheels...good to go...happy motoring... 
When you picked up your car did you mention to the dealer the steering wheel is on the wrong side...
