Hi,
Ah, okay. 172M's they are, 19" buggers as well.....
The nearest I can find on the BMW site is Leather Dakota Beige but the paperwork from the dealership definitely says white. They mentionend something about individual merino leather so I don't know if that makes it a special order or anything (this is a 2nd-hand car by the way). Don't know if there is a way of getting an official indication of the colour from the car details?. There is a strong blue tinge to the body colour which doesn't show up on the BMW site pictures on their colour charts. It is supposed to be Sapphire Black.

if you ask the dealer nicely they can give you a printed list of the cars factory optons from when it was built.
The paint is correct, sapphire black and carbon black both show loverly blue highlights in direct sunlight.
Hows the merino leather feel?

Only driven the car for a few weeks so have not experienced the seats under all weather conditions. At the begiinign I actually found my shirt(s) sticking to the seat. This may have been to do with it (a) being hotter for a couple of weeks or (b) the treatment applied to the seats as part of the dealer preparation for the sale or a combination of both. The last couple of weeks have been fine, so I think the `dealers finish' may have worn off. No other problems with them yet. Seats are firm although it would have been nice to have had lumbar adjustment and the extending leg support is great.
Don't know what else I can say about them ......
