i have a 2006 BMW 550i, I replaced the trans last week and the car started and ran. Two days later after it sitting while I replace the struts and the shocks on the front end. I went to start it and I get a bunch of electronic clicking and noise but no start and no crank. Gauges light but no start. Now I followed this beep that is a constant beep/humming noise that I tracked to the transmission filter. Sounds like it could be coming from the mechatronics system in the new trans I Installed. Little help here please. I’ve disconnected batteries and I’ve got a new battery. I’m having a hard time thinking the starter went bad over night after cranking on time.
