just took delivery of an '05 545i non-sport package. got too good of a deal to pass up, so i am looking to make a couple of mods. i am having the 19" 166 M wheel put on tomorrow & am wondering if i am going to need to lower the car. does anyone have pics of a nonsport with 19's with or without lowering springs? if i do go with springs, i am leaning towards the eibach sport-kit, will it be necessary to get shocks (konig?) as well? how will it ride with springs & wheels changed only. sorry for many questions. appreciate any help or pics for reference.

Welcome, and congrats. Be careful of mods that can affect your warranty.

take a look at H&R as well, they have a couple of spring kits (sport and race) plus also offer upgraded sway bars etc. Might also be worth a look.
