in fact, last year, they didn't allow any bmw's. this year, they let up a bit on the cars allowed. if you want to attend the next one, check out exoticsrally.com.

Ironically, i spoke to seth (admin of ER) and he said they are doing an SUV rally this winter to a ski resort. he said it's all highly modified SUV's. i was floored. hahahaha! these guys are nuts and have just way too much money. i hope my X qualifies, even though it's not an M.
Glad to hear they let the BMWs in on the ride. I would think that your X5 and Kerry's X5 would qualify as highly modded.

If they let BMWs in on the next run, Victor and I will come. I looked at the pics of yesterday's run and I couldn't help but think how much he would have loved it.

Last year's vid showed a few M5s and M6s so I know BMWs were there. Probably just no regular BMWs?

Not talking about the turkey run. I was referring to the Spring Run. They do 2 events each year. Seth's partner did not allow them at the spring event. people were pissed. apparently, he and seth no longer organize together. seth has taken over the duties and has since allowed bmw's back. didn't matter if they were M's or not. if it was a bmw, you couldn't register. you could go to the event with your car, but you got no wristband, no route cards and no food.

Well God damn it. Be more specific next time. This is a Turkey Run thread and you said last year they didn't allow BMWs so it's logical to assume you were talking about last year's Turkey Run. Got it son??

Any videos?

Curious why some cars had the Turkey Run sticker on the side and some didn't?

It was an amazing event and looking forward to next year. The exhaust notes were just simply amazing...like music to your ears.

As to the stickers.... they gave you one at registration and ofcourse I didn't ask for another like some other people did. I stuck mine on the hood of my car. It also helped with the police as it wasen't a "Please pull me over" sign.....then again, I still got pulled over Got caught doing 90mph. I hit him with the Jedi Mind Trick and drove away ticket free
