SoCal Caravan Thread to San Luis Obispo Meet
They're similar but HIN is like a big rave with a lot of kids; especially at night. The nice cars are usually in the main buildings and once you're out of that, you're in a sea of neon. It's probably just me but definitely not my scene. Been to one once when Sonic displayed my 545 and that was the first and last time.
Bimmerfest, you're just among BMW enthusiasts. Most of the vendors are in the main building or surrounding area but there are tons of modified cars in the parking lot that you can just walk up and down and check out.

Doesn't matter which brand you get. Go to a Circuit City, Best Buy, or Target and head to the electronics department. Pick up the cheapest one.
