Somehow I found this company from the Netherlands developing a full LCD retrofit cluster for the E60.

I reached out to the owner, who happens to be a HUGE E61 enthusiast and happens to be visiting LA this Sunday. So I thought I’d ask him to bring along a demo cluster and share with you all the opportunity to see this functional preproduction unit in a live demo.

The demo is to be held at CCC in Downtown LA this Sunday, January 12. Details are in the attached image.

You sure this wasn't last year? The date indicated is 2019.

EDIT: Probably just a typo. The 12th is on a Sunday this year.
