No, not associated with ///MFest.
Because us east coast types don't have an event like ///MFest, and there are those that don't want to make the trip to Vegas for misc reasons, East Coast folks have decided to start thier own ///M event. This will be the first year and will likely grow every year thereafter.

BimmerFest has started BimmerFest East this year which is just outside Baltimore. Lol, so that is two events in the Baltimore area this year.

the organizer already had this event planned and ongoing before BimmerFest East was announced. So no fault on his part, and its not like he is going to cancel...
