Looking for something to do before MFest in April? How about a one day getaway in the beautiful town of San Luis Obispo?

AGENDA:
SAT, MAR 17TH:
- 8AM-8:30AM: NorCal and SoCal caravans leave for SLO. Caravan info will be added closer to the date.

- 12PM: Meet at Santa Rosa Park (Santa Rosa and Oak St)
*Potluck BBQ/Picnic
*Alcohol beverages allowed
*Group BBQ area can accommodate up to 100 people
*Parking lot fits about 90 cars compared to just 20 or so for French Park that we used the last couple times

- 4PM-5PM: Head back to Courtyard hotel to check in
*1605 Calle Joaquin Rd, San Luis Obispo
*Group rate of $159/night for standard room with 1 King or 2 Queens, with breakfast for two
*Call hotel at 805-786-4200 or 800-321-2211 and ask for E60.net group rate.
*You can also make reservations online at http://www.marriott....an-luis-obispo/ and click on the Special Rates and Awards sign. This will open up a few discount options and under the Group Code Box, enter either ENGENGA for a single king or ENGENGB for double queen
*DEADLINE TO BOOK IS FRI FEB 24TH. I'm trying to extend this but still waiting to hear back.

- 10PM: VIP Party with bottle service at Cielo Cantina
* This used to be the Native Lounge that we've always gone to but they've changed the name.
* We got a hook up for bottle service, buy 1 get 1 free.
* This is St Patrick's Day so it should be packed at the club and downtown SLO in general. Remember to wear green and be Irish for the day.

SUN, MAR 18TH:
- Breakfast
- Caravan home


IMPORTANT: When adding your name to the list, please use the following format to notate how many people for each activity. Use B for BBQ, D for Dinner and P for Party and put the number of persons after each letter. Ex: If you have two people going to all the activities then put B2, D2, P2. Also, if you guys can PM me your emails, that would be great.

Cant wait for another ECFest! St. Patty's Day in SLO is usually pretty crazy, so the downtown scene will be a good time!

You know, I really want to come to one of these, one of these years. I always hear such great things. I'm actually going to be in Austin, TX for the SXSW Festival, but if I wasn't, I would have arranged my trip to SF during this time. Next year for sure, T...I think!

DAMMIT!!!!! This one's the same day as my sister-in-law's baby shower And since my wife is hosting it, she wants me on kid duty!!!!
