SAT, MAR 16TH:
- 8AM-8:30AM: NorCal and SoCal caravans leave for SLO. Caravan info will be added closer to the date.

- 12PM: Meet at Santa Rosa Park (Santa Rosa and Oak St)
*Potluck BBQ/Picnic
*Alcohol beverages allowed
*Group BBQ area can accommodate up to 100 people
*Parking lot fits about 90 cars

- 4PM-5PM: Head back to Courtyard hotel to check in
*1605 Calle Joaquin Rd, San Luis Obispo
*Group rate of $149/night for standard room with 1 King or 2 Queens, with breakfast for two
*Call hotel at 805-786-4200 or 800-321-2211 and ask for E60.net group rate (RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE OPEN BY WED FEB 6TH)

- 10PM: VIP Party with bottle service SLO Brewing Co.
* This is St Patrick's Day eve so it should be packed at the club and downtown SLO in general. Remember to wear green and be Irish for the night.

Not sure why I didn't get notifications when you guys posted. Here's the update:

- Instead of doing a potluck BBQ like we've done in years past, I've booked a BBQ/caterer who will come to our site and do everything for us. They will be serving tri-tip, chicken, caesar salad, rice, beans, garlic bread and will also supply all the plates, utensils, napkins..etc.. Cost will be about $16 a person but I think we'll need to tip them so let's just round up to $20. I think all we'll need to do is bring drinks (beer, sodas, water..) and maybe additional appetizers. There is a supermarket by the park so we can just get the stuff there; might just need a couple of empty coolers.

- If anyone else wants to come and needs a hotel room, you'll have to call the hotel directly at 805-786-4200 and ask for Stefanie Howe, the sales manager. Reference the E60.net group rate. If you talk with the Front Desk or Reservations, they'll say the hotel is sold out for that Sat night.

- Need to know this week who else is coming as I have to get final headcount in for all the events and send in deposit checks.

I don't believe so. The guys on the CenCal list are mostly from around the San Luis Obispo area.

I actually tried getting a couple of guys form Fresno to come but they were busy. Why don't you rally up some folks in your area or just come join us either way?
